Do atoms move slower in cold temperatures or faster, need help for progect!!??

Atoms move slower in cold temperature and move faster in hat temperatures. It is like the atoms “froze” and nearly stopped moving and vibrating . But in hot temperatures the atoms move faster because they aren’t “frozen” together and have more space to move.... Good luck!
