The solution to the equation -13x=52 is x= -4

Hi!

We need to isolate x on one side. To do that, do the opposite of what x is supposed to do.

x is supposed to be multiplied by -13. Instead, we will divide by -13 on both sides.

-13x/-13 = 52/-13

x = -4

The answer is x = -4
