the sum of three numbers is 130. the second number is twice the first. the third number is equal to twice the second minus 1/2 of the first.

The first number is 20

The second is 40

The third is 70



the first number = a

The second number = 2a

The third number = 3 1/2a

6 1/2a = 130

a = 20
