Explain the thinking of the limb cells

This is a very biased question and not posed correctly. I would advise to ask your teacher what did he mean exactly by this. The reason why I'm saying this is because thinking is a concept that is used for higher-order beings which are more complex (apes and other mammals) - if not only used for humans. For that reason, it's not valid to say limb cells think.
