4x + 3y = - 13         NEED TO GET Y ON ONE SIDE, SUBTRACT 4X

- 4x         - 4x

3y = - 13 - 4x           NEED TO GET IT TO EQUAL Y, DIVIDE BY 3.

y = (-4/3)x  -13/3
