The three major sections of the brain are the cerebrum, cerebellum and:

B :Medulla

The Cranium protects the brain and is a bit like a skull. 
The Medulla helps respiratory and the circulatory systems with breathing and in the brain the neurons form forebrain to midbrain travel through the Medulla.
