Well this is easy.
We have linear inequality,

Simplifying this a bit to get,
[tex]3x < 84[/tex]
Divide by 3 (both sides),
[tex]x < 28[/tex]
Or with interval notation, [tex]x\in (-\infty, 28)[/tex].
