We must turn -6x+3y=5 into slope-intercept form

-6x+3y=5

3y=5+6x

y=5/3+2x

y=2x+5/3

So a slope that would be parallel to -6x+3y=5 would be a slope of 2 because parallel lines have the same slope but different y-intercepts.

Hope this helped!
