Calculate the power provided by a 3.2 volt LED given it has a current of 0.020 amperes and a resistance of 160 ohms.?

Power = (current squared) x (resistance)

OR

Power = (volts) x (amps)

Doesn't matter which way you do it. This LED dissipates 0.064 watt. Some of that comes out as light, the rest as heat.
