my moto x4 phone is not turning on i drained to 0 and it won't turn on it has been charging for a few hours it is being recognized by my computer

Answer:

Have you tried holding the power button/down volume button/and home button at the same time?

Explanation:

This will restart the device and it often times fixes the problem if your phone is frozen or wont turn on.
