Molar mass fluorine gas ( F₂) = 38.0 g/mol

number of moles:

19 / 38.0 => 0.5 moles

1 mole ------------ 22.4 L ( at STP )
0.5 moles -------- ( volume )

Volume = 0.5 x 22.4 / 1

Volume = 11.2 / 1

= 11.2 L

hope this helps!
