You can find the slope-intercept form by plugging the x-, y-, and slope values into the point-slope equation, [tex]y - y_1 = m(x - x_1)[/tex].

 [tex]y - y_1 = m(x - x_1)[/tex]   Plug in the values
y - 3 = 0 (x - 2)   Use the Distributive Property
y - 3 = 0x -0       Simplify
y - 3 = 0             Add 3 to both sides
     y = 3
