PLZ HELP!! how would the weather affect a person driving to work in Toronto from Kitchener? (this is a geography question btw)

Answer:

Toronto is a cold place today, but if it was originally cold it could possibly affect a driver by causing them to be supper cold. But if it was a hot place, it could cause the driver to be cold. I'm not exactly sure the answer you were looking for but I believe this is a pretty good answer.
