Molar mass glucose = 180.15 g/mol

number of moles:

1 mole --------- 180.15 g
? moles ------- 6.0 g

6.0 x 1 / 180.15 => 0.0333 moles

Volume in liters:

1.61x10² mL / 1000 => 0.161 L

Therefore:

M = n / V

M =  0.0333 / 0.161

M = 0.206 mol/L
