divided by 3, solve for g(f(0)).

Replace x in g(x) by 3x+1 and you get:
(4(3x+1)+2)/3 = (12x+4+2)/3 replace now x by 0 and solve
(12*0+6)/3 = 6/3 = 2
So the answer is 2
