 When you want the x intercepts (x,0):. Set y=0 then solve for x

OK so it's quite easy In a graph it would be the point that touches the y axis. The point that intersects the y axis.

In an equation it would just be the never without the variable

for example

y = 5x+10

The 10 is the y intercept because it doesn't have any other variable next to it
