Here is the neutralization reaction:
HBr + LiOH ---> LiBr + H2O
This reaction is already balanced.
You may want to include the phases as well: remember that the acids and bases are always aqueous, and that water is there in the liquid form.
HBr (aq) + LiOH (aq) ----> LiBr + H2O (l)
