247/10*2=49.4.
247*10*2=4,940. 
Order of operations does not apply to these problems, because division and multiplication are interchangeable. Just divide 247 and 10, then multiply the quotient by 2 to get 49.4. For the other equation, multiply 247 by 10, then multiply the product by 2 to get 4,940.
