-7 ≤ x + 5 < 12
You really only need one of them i.e. x + 5 < 12
0 ≤  x + 12 < 19
0 ≤  x < 7
I realllllyy hope that is right for my own sake. Please let me know if i'm wrong and if so how I can do it right
