Let width be x.

Length: 6x

P=2(l+w)
98=2(6x+x)
98/2=7x
49=7x
49/7=x
7=x

Therefore, the width is 7 and the length is 7*6=42

Area=lw
A=(42)(7)
A=294 cm²

Hope I helped :)
