Yes. First, multiply the radicals to give 2(sqrt3×sqrt12) as stated within the laws of indicies. Now you have 2(sqrt36). Sqrt36 equals to 6 so is a rational number, so you now multiply that be 2 to give you your answer, which is 12. Therefore, the answer is rational.
