Density of water = 1000 kg/m^3
1 m^3 = 1000 litres

Therefore,
1000 kg/1000 l => 1 kg/l => 1000 g/l

Then, 300 g of water = 300/1000 l = 0.3 l

The concentration of the syrup =  mass/amount of water = 60 g/0.3 l = 200 g/l
