Ratio :
Width : Length
    3    :     5

Let the factor be x

(3x)(5x) = 15x²

15x² = 135
x² = 9
x = √9
x = 3

Width = 3 x 3 = 9 cm
Length = 3 x5 = 15 cm

Answer: The dimension is 9cm by 15 cm
